Refund policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version: sales are final, with three exceptions, and the person who actually issues a refund is Tebex rather than us. Both halves of that matter, so here is the long version.

Tebex takes the money, so Tebex handles the refund

Payment for everything in the store is taken by Tebex, which is the merchant of record. The purchase contract is between you and Tebex, not between you and Geopact. That means we cannot reach into a payment and reverse it, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing.

What we can do, and will do, is look at what happened and tell Tebex what we think should happen. Tebex decides.

When you will get your money back

We will recommend a refund to Tebex in these cases:

When you will not

How to ask

Come to our Discord first. Almost every refund request turns out to be a delivery problem that takes a few minutes to fix, and a fix is faster than a refund. Bring the Minecraft name you bought under and roughly when you paid.

If it really is a refund, either we raise it with Tebex or you contact Tebex Buyer Support yourself. Both routes reach the same place. You can also write to support@geopact.earth, which is answered within 72 hours.

Please do not open a chargeback with your bank first. Not as a threat: it is simply slower for you, it can take weeks, and it usually gets the account blocked from buying anything again while it is open. Ask us or ask Tebex, and if neither of us puts it right, then dispute it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Tebex says this can take up to 14 business days depending on the method, and that PayPal payments older than 180 days cannot be refunded at all.

What we will not do

We will never refund you outside Tebex, in game currency, in items, or by any other route. If someone claiming to be Geopact staff offers you that, it is not us.
