You land on the real Earth. Not a version of it. The actual ground, taken from real survey data.

The terrain
Coastlines, mountain ranges, river valleys and deserts sit where they do on Earth, at 1:200 scale. Dig down and the rock changes according to the geological survey.
Nothing has been placed for you. No towns, no roads, no farmland. Only the land they would have been built on.
All of it
public data
Sources
Elevation is Copernicus GLO-90 over GEBCO bathymetry. Rock comes from a global lithological map of 1.2 million polygons. Seas, deserts, mountain ranges, islands and straits carry the names Natural Earth gives them.

Elevation
Land is compressed to 35 m per block so the full range of relief fits inside the world height. The sea floor is not, which is why the trenches are there.
